Farquhar Stirling is currently responsible for ACNielsen’s business in Southeast Asia, covering Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & Vietnam.
Mr Stirling started his career in market research in 1972 in the UK with Marplan, a leading British opinion polling and market-research organisation. He then worked with the BBC, managing foreign radio-listening studies in many of the countries that the BBC broadcasts to. He has been with ACNielsen/SRG since 1978, and is one of SEAsia’s most experienced researchers. Mr Stirling has been also a regular speaker at seminars and other research-related events for many years.
He is a graduate in Economics of the University of Edinburgh.
Mr Stirling is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
